Scope of the mission
Drott Auktioner & Bohagsservice AB (below DROTT AUCTIONS), as Commissioner, undertakes to sell submitted items on behalf of the Committee (seller) via online auction under the specified conditions. All auction sales are made through Drott Auktioner &Bohagsservice AB or through our partners.

Submission/receipt of items
The seller is responsible for ensuring that he has unrestricted ownership of items submitted to DROTT AUCTIONS for sale. Once a sale agreement has been reached, a special contract shall be drawn up between the Parties. DROTT AUCTIONS then set an estimated market valuation for each item. Bidding always starts at a minimum of SEK 100, but the price at which an item is ultimately sold can significantly exceed the asking price. The valuation is only guidance for buyers. DROTT AUCTIONS reserves the right to renounce sales orders.

Watch price
The seller has the right to set a watch price on items. Watch price means that DROTT AUCTIONS on behalf of the seller ensure that items are not sold below the agreed minimum price. The watch price shall be confirmed in writing on the sales assignment/contract or confirmed later by e-mail. Items without a watch price have a minimum price of SEK 100. The watch price must not be higher than 60% of the valuation. No watch price of items valued under 2000 KR. Items that have not been sold due to the fact that the watch price has not been reached can be put up for a new auction with a lower watch price. The new watch price shall be approved by the seller. If the seller instead chooses to cancel the sales order, the item must be picked up within 5 business days to avoid inventory costs.

Sales fees
DROTT AUCTIONS charge a sales commission between 5 – 35.00% incl. VAT and a strike fee of SEK 80 incl. VAT per item.

Items not sold
If an item is not sold at the first auction, Drott Auktioner owns the right to publish it twice more, i.e. a total of three sales attempts are made. DROTT AUCTIONS have the right to change any watch price after reconciliation with the Seller. Unsold items must be collected by the Seller no later than 5 working days after the end of the last auction. For items that have not been sold and collected within the prescribed time, a storage fee of SEK 100 including VAT per day will be charged. Items that have not been collected within the prescribed time limit may be donated or discarded without prior notice to the seller.

Accounting/payment
Accounting and payment for sold items is made within 30 days of the auction provided that full payment has been received from the buyer and no complaint or right of withdrawal has been invoked.

Responsibility for errors
If DROTT AUCTIONS against buyers of objects become liable for inaccuracies and in so doing liable, Drott Auktioner has the right to claim the corresponding compensation from the seller.

insurance
Items submitted at DROTT AUCTIONS are stored in alarmed premises. In the event of damage in the event of a break-in, water damage or fire, the item is replaced with 80% of the valuation. The company has insurance.

force majeure
ROTT AUCTIONS are not liable for losses incurred by the seller in the event of a cancellation of the auction sale or delayed payment arising from an act of war, industrial conflict, government action, fire or other accident or circumstance that DROTT AUCTIONS could not control or foresee.

dispute
Any disputes arising in connection with agreements regarding items put up for sale in Sweden shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law and in court in Sweden.

Personal data processing
Personal data provided in contracts with DROTT AUCTIONS within the framework of a customer/contractual relationship is processed both manually and digitally for the execution of the auction activities within DROTT AUCTIONS as well as external service providers such as freight companies, cleaning companies, partners and payment coordinators. You agree that we may provide and transfer Your personal data to these companies. Terms of sale

Bring your items to DROTT AUCTIONS, we are on site daily. Feel free to call before to make sure that we are in place as we can sometimes be away for a pick-up.
We pick up items throughout Southern Sweden. Pick-up of auction goods is carried out throughout Southern Sweden's other locations according to ÖK.. When selling entire homes and estates, we offer complete solutions. Emptying, clearing and cleaning. When cleaning moving, rut deductions are offered (the customer pays only half of the labour cost).
NB! That RUT deduction does not apply to estates.

At the won auction, all payment info is in our winning emails. Payment must be made within 2 days of the end of the auction.
All shipping takes place with Schenker, Bussgods and Postnord – when you get a parcel number to follow.

  • Pick-up is accepted at the booked time with the manager. NB! when collecting, payment must be made before collection. The goods can be picked up at Grönadalsgatan 9, 382 44, Nybro no earlier than 12:00 the day after the auction won.

  • Collection of won goods shall take place within 10 days of the end of the auction, starting from.m. on the 11th day after the end of the auction, a storage fee of 50:00 is payable 24 hours.

  • The items can be viewed upon request in our premises during our opening hours.

  • Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00, public holidays & weekends we are closed. Appointments are valid until further notice.

  • We offer co-shipping to the extent possible at auctions that expire within three days. Please send us an email after the auction has ended and we will send you new payment details.

  • The shipping price stated in the advertisement applies within mainland Sweden, additional costs may apply for shipments that require sea and air freight. This applies to bulky goods to the greatest extent.

  • Delivery of won items takes place up to 7-14 weekdays after payment.

  • Packaging fee is included in the shipping price. We carefully pack with bubble wrap etc.

  • The customer is responsible for the return cost in case of incorrect contact information or unresolved package with at least 200:-, then shipping cost is applied according to. shipping company's price lists.

  • Your order will be sent to your nearest agent or terminal agent. The address the buyer provided on Tradera is the address we will use when booking shipping.

  • Stock rent for bulky goods that remain with terminal agents for more than three days after notification will be charged from day four on a daily basis according to. the carrier's conditions of transport.

  • As a customer with us, you are covered by the Distance Purchase Act & have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It is you as a buyer who is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We will refund the money within 30 days of receiving the received & approved return. Acc.. Chapter 2, Section 15 Of the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts & off-premises contracts, there is a fee for special costs incurred for the seller when the purchase agreement has not been fulfilled, if not less than SEK 150 or in the case of in excess of the purchase amount of SEK 1500 of 15%.

  • Our goods are used unless otherwise stated. Therefore, keep in mind that utility tracks can be found on all objects, we do not guarantee that the item is complete, but we allow you as a customer to make your own assessment according to the pictures, accessories that are not visible in the picture do not exist. If you have any questions, you must email us BEFORE you bid.

  • If it says that the product is not functionally tested, it means that there may be no parts, that it is out of order or that we do not have the capacity to perform a functional test.
